The recruitment division has maintained strong partnerships with universities and high schools to facilitate the process of sourcing national talent. We assist our potential national employees throughout the completion of the recruitment formalities and induction programme in a timely and supportive manner. QATARIZATION DIVISION
The Qatarization team is responsible for the management of the talent pipeline for nationals in line with the Qatargas Qatarization strategy. We work with line departments to develop the Individual Development Plans (IDPs) of our Qatari candidates to help build their competence while monitoring progression through their development towards their confirmation into established positions.
The Learning and Development Department's Qatarization Division host an annual“CEO Forum" for national graduates and trainees which focuses on the development of Qatargas' Qatari national employees, and their contribution towards achieving the Company's vision. The event is one of a number of platforms that provide the opportunity for Qatari national graduates and trainees to address and participate in constructive dialogue with Qatargas' management.
On an annual basis, the Qatargas Chief Executive Officer recognises those national graduates, trainees, coaches and scholarship students with the best performance and achievements.
