Scope of Work:  To carry out routine Operation & Maintenance of Fire & Safety Equipment and all MEP systems in Data centre, kitchen, UPS and miscellaneous equipment in company's head office in Doha (QGDHOT).

N.B: Bidders who have established office in Qatar and with proven capability of handling this work only need to participate in the bidding process for this tender.

Tender Fee: Interested parties shall first deposit the appropriate Tender Fee (non-refundable) in cash (Cheque will not be accepted) into Account name; Qatargas Operating Company Limited- call Account. Qatar National Bank, Main Branch, P.O.Box: 1000, Doha Qatar. Qatargas Bank Account No.0013-002521-052, IBAN#QA64QNBA000000000013002521052. Tenderer must mention his company's full name and Tender Number on the Bank deposit slip. Also it is mandatory to submit a copy of the valid Commercial Registration and an authorisation letter from his company with the name, telephone, fax and e-mail ID of the focal point for this tender.

Tender Issue Date: From   20/01/2014 to 26/01/2014 during 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM on any working day i.e. Sunday to Thursday.
