Qatargas intends to lease around 50 nos of ready to occupy 4 Bedroom Semi Furnished Villas and around 300 nos of 3 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Semi/Fully furnished Apartments as accommodation for its employees and families for a period of around two years effective from March & September 2015. The preferred location is within Doha City.

In view of the above, Qatargas invites bid submission directly from Property Owners/reputed Property Managers. The bid submission should be in 2 parts and essentially contain the following:

• Complete portfolio of the property available for lease along with the description of all the amenities available (e.g. gymnasium, swimming pool, club/ other recreational facilities, covered parking etc.) in one sealed envelope super scribed as "Technical Proposal". There should be three sets/ copies of the portfolio in the sealed envelope.
• Details of the rental rates offered by the property owner/ property manager for the property in another separate sealed envelope super scribed as "Commercial Proposal". This offer shall be in the official letter head of the property owner/ property manager with whom the lease agreement shall be entered by Qatargas. The offer shall be submitted to the address provided below. There should be three sets/ copies of the offer letter in the sealed envelope.

 Tender containing the above (both the Technical Proposal and Commercial Proposal) shall be submitted in one sealed envelope with the following details super scribed on the envelope and addressed to:

"Tender no: LTC/C/HRS/1902/15- Tender Invitation for the Lease of 4 Bedroom Semi Furnished Villas and 3 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom Semi/Fully furnished Apartments for Qatargas
Closing Date: 23^rd February 2015"
