The Limited Tenders Committee  invites potential Contractors to prequalify for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Laffan Refinery DHT Project described below.  Interested Contractors who are having proven experience in the refinery related projects are only required to submit their capability statements in the prescribed format for evaluation.

  Scope:   EPCC of Laffan Refinery Diesel Hydrotreater unit to be located at Ras Laffan Industrial City - State of Qatar.  Company aims at producing diesel with less than 10 ppm sulphur content.  This will be achieved through the construction of new DHT unit in the existing Laffan Refinery plant.

  Prequalification documents for the above invitation can be obtained as per the following details:

During 20/12/2010 to 03/01/2011, 0730 to 1500 hours on any working day (i.e Sunday to Thursday) at CLTC Secretary's office, 5th Floor, Qatargas Doha Head Office, West bay -Doha, State of Qatar.  Alternatively send an e-mail request to (nisarahmed@qatargas.com.qa)  so that the documents can be emailed.

  Hard copy of Capability Statements, conforming to the prequalification questionnaire shall be submitted in duplicate and one additional copy in CD in a sealed envelope addressed to THE SECRETARY, LIMITED TENDER COMMITTEE with the Tender Number clearly marked on the envelope, and should be deposited in the office of the CLTC Secretary 5th Floor, Qatargas Doha Head Office, West bay Doha, State of Qatar, not later than 1200 hours on the Tender closing date mentioned above.
