Tender for the above can be obtained as follows:
Date: From 13/07/2010 till 26/07/2010.
Place: The Secretary, Small Tenders Committee, located at 6th Floor, Salam Towers, West Bay, Doha, State of Qatar- after payment of fees and submission of original Bank Deposit Slip as proof of payment.
Fees: Tender Fees are to be paid in cash, cheques are not acceptable, separately for each enquiry by depositing the applicable non-refundable document fee in Qatargas bank account No. 0013-070378-060 with Qatar National Bank Main Branch.
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Bond in accordance with the terms of the tender documents and should be valid for 180 days from the Tender closing date.
Offer should be valid for 120 days commencing from the tender closing date.
Tenders are to be delivered in a sealed envelope addressed to THE SECRETARY, SMALL TENDERS COMMITTEE with the tender number clearly marked on the envelope, together with price details in a separate envelope clearly marked ‘PRICED BID and TENDER NO.’ on the envelope. Tenders should be deposited to The Secretary, Small Tenders Committee, Office located at 6th Floor, Salam Towers, West Bay, Doha (State of Qatar) before the closing date
