​Scope of Work:

The CONTRACTOR shall perform all WORK associated with the Design, Supply and Installation of 7" Monobore and 9" OBB Wellhead and Tree Systems, related Services and Spare Parts strictly in accordance with this Invitation To Tender (ITT) Package.  The Scope of Work/Services will be required for an Initial Term of five (5) years from effective date of the Agreement (with a tentative commencement window of 1^st Quarter 2019).

Mandatory & Confidentiality Requirements:  Mandatory and Confidentiality Requirements apply to this Tender to register and collect the above Tender package. Prospective TENDERERS may collect tender documents on successful completion of the following steps:

1. Return of a duly completed Mandatory Requirements Check List and Confidentiality Agreement that are available on Qatargas website: www.qatargas.com/english/suppliers/current-open-tenders  from the date of this advertisement.  Both signed documents must be submitted to LTC office at the time of Tender package collection.
2. Tender Fee: Upon successful completion of step 1 above, interested parties shall first deposit the appropriate Tender Fee (non-refundable) in cash (Cheque will not be accepted) into Account name; Qatargas Operating Company Limited- call Account. Qatar National Bank, Main Branch, P.O. Box: 1000, Doha Qatar. Qatargas Bank Account No. 0013-002521-052, IBAN# QA64QNBA000000000013002521052. Tenderer must mention his company's full name and Tender Number on the Bank deposit slip.
3. Collection of Tender Package: Mandatory presentation of item 1 above, copy of valid Certificate of Incorporation/Commercial Registration (CR) of the TENDERER and Agent (if represented in Qatar) and an authorization letter from his company with the name, telephone, fax and e-mail ID of the focal point for this tender
